- Step 2. 4MLS asks them to reply with the 4MLS # on your sign or advertisement.
- Step 3. 4MLS generates a text message with your property listing information, your contact information and asks user to reply yes if they wish to see the available photos.
- Step 4. OPTIONAL If user has replied yes, they will be sent available photos.
How to get started? What we need from you is property information, photos and agent/agency contact information and we take care of all the rest. How much does it cost? 4MLS has several options depending on how many properties are in your inventory. Account Setup is $99.00 and includes publishing all properties in the system and broker/agent setup.
